IRC Channel

Location

The #rotc IRC channel is located on the Freenode IRC Network.
If you don't use an IRC client, you can access the channel via the Freenode Webchat.

ROTCBot

When running (the bot tends to die a lot), this IRC bot is currently the most convenient way to organize spontaneous matches. Users can enlist with the bot if they want to play. The bot will then notify them when other users want to play or when the player count on a ROTC: Ethernet server changes.

Commands:

  • /msg rotcbot enlist or +enlist in #rotc - enlist with the bot
  • /msg rotcbot unlist or +unlist in #rotc- reverses enlist command
  • /msg rotcbot list - print enlisted players and active ROTC: Ethernet servers
